All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Products being unavailable
  • Violation of these Terms

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

3. Personalised Products

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, text, logos, artwork, colours and other personalisation details submitted are accurate before completing their purchase.

Labelit is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect information, or design errors supplied by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse any personalised design that contains offensive, illegal, defamatory, copyrighted or trademarked material without appropriate permission.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full before production or dispatch of your order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Labelit is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

In summary:

  • Personalised products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.
  • Non-personalised products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs and branding, remains the property of Labelit and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Customers confirm they have permission to use any logos, artwork or images submitted for custom printing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Labelit shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits or business
  • Delays outside our reasonable control
  • Errors provided by customers during the ordering process

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
